• Valid ID proof required at check-in.
• Only registered guests allowed; no outside visitors in rooms.
• Rent must be paid in advance as per the agreed schedule.
• Keep rooms clean and maintain hygiene.
• Any damage to property will be charged to the occupant.
• Shared spaces (bathrooms, common areas) must be kept tidy.
• CCTV surveillance for safety; tampering is strictly prohibited.
• Hostel gates close at a fixed time (curfew policy applies).
• Unregistered guests or unauthorized stayovers are not allowed.
• Meals will be served at designated times in the dining area.
• Outside food is allowed but must be disposed of properly.
• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal activities on the premises.
• Noise levels should be kept low, especially during night hours.
• Women are strictly not allowed inside the hostel premises.
• Any misconduct may lead to eviction without refund.
• No refunds for early check-out or rule violations.
• A notice period (as per agreement) is required before vacating.
